Macawfullsuitby ~stuffedpanda-cosplay

Finally have some fullbody shots of the macaw for zinq! It fits better on the customer (and the back designs will sit better and be farther up from the tail), but I was the closest model for the suit.

It features:
-zippers on each wing to remove padding
-magnetic snap on the top of each wing to get your hand in and out
-quilted wings & tail
-handsewn markings
-moveable feather crest by bending wires
-moving jaw
-delrin core tail so it sticks out and doesn't lay flat
-custom sculpted feet claws
-airbrushed scales

Took an aardwolf base from phazonalloy and added foam to get the shape.

Wow, just.... wow! Certainly one of the top-five bird costumes I've seen. Very colorful, fun, and playful. I'd love to see this at a festival. Any festival!

Wow, pretty impressive. I am guessing the leg parts are straight? I cannot figure out how the extra articulation works, it looks so good. I don't think there are stilts or something like that involved, right? Can you tell me a bit about the work on the legs? Thanks :3
